Please, place an order on our web-site. After receiving your order our manager will contact you to discuss the pickup date and time.
Please note: we are not placing orders by phone calls! This helps both parties to avoid any misunderstanding during processing the order.
Delivery outside MKAD is processing by CDEK company or by our couriers after negotiating delivery price with our manager.
All delivery options are available during order placement. Delivery price is calculated considering the weight, distance and transportation company prices.
We are processing orders to delivery after 100% payment.
The order placed and payed before 2pm is out for delivery at the same day. The order placed and payed after 2pm is out for delivery on the next working day.
Free delivery within Russia and CIS countries with order more than 50000 RUB.
Free courier delivery within Moscow with order more that 30000 RUB.

If you have placed an order at night it will be processed on the next working day.
